摘要
车架自重对整车动力性和运行经济性具有重要影响。利用重量成本模型,对影响AGMPT10搬运车车架的轻量化设计的成本因素进行了分析。结果表明,在材料性质不变的前提下,对车架进行减重是实现最大收益的轻量化设计方法。对AGMPT10搬运车的车架进行了有限元分析,在保证车架刚度和强度的前提下,应用拓扑优化方法对车架进行了轻量化设计,使车架减重约19%,实现了降本增效的目的。
The flame weight had important effects on vehicle dynamic and vehicle economy. Using the model of weight and cost, the lightweight design of the AGMPT10's frame of cost factor was analyzed. On the premise of material properties unchanged, the result showed that reducing the weight of frame was a lightweight design method to realize the maximum benefits. The finite element analysis on the frame of AGMPT10 was conducted. On the premise of assured the frame's stiffness and strength, the topology optimization method was used to the lightweight design of the frame. Make the weight of the frame reduce about 19% and the cost reduction.
