摘要 首先给出分析GZK4230数控带锯床锯切系统结构动态特性的必要性和重要性,并阐述了进行有限元谐响应分析的实际意义。应用三维软件Pro/E 4.0建立数控带锯床锯切系统的三维实体模型,然后对其结构进行必要的简化,再将其导入ANSYS Workbench中生成有限元模型。在对几种谐响应求解方法进行分析比较的基础上,通过对锯切系统的谐响应分析,求解得到锯切系统关键点沿带锯床的X、Y和Z向在频域的应力和位移响应曲线。最后,对谐响应分析的结果进行了说明,给出了锯切系统振动频率的范围。 First the importance and necessity of the analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the sawing system of the GZK4230 CNC sawing machine, and illustrates the practical significance of the harmonic response analysis. Building the 3D entity model of the sawing system of the CNC sawing machine with the 3D design software Proe4.0, then simplify the 3D entity model and import to ANSYS to generate finite element model. On the base of contrasting harmonic response solving methods, through the harmonic response analysis for the cutting system to get the harmonic response curves for key points of the sawing system along X~ Y and Z in frequency domain and displacement. Finally, it had illustrated the result of harmonic response analysis, and give the range of vibration frequency of the sawing system.
