摘要
运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件数值模拟了某战斗部聚能装药中铜铝双层药型罩的成型过程,研究了不同壁厚比例因子对聚能射流性能各参数的影响,进行了侵彻分析,找出铜铝两种材料的最佳匹配比例。结果表明,聚能装药条件下,双层罩不同厚度比对射流的特性有不同程度的影响,合理调整外罩与内罩的厚度比有助于改善射流性能。
Processes of jets forming were simulated from double layer liners of shaped charge warhead by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. Effection of Different Material Proportion of double layer liner on the performance parameters of jet and penetration was researched. The best matching ratio of copper and aluminum of liner were found. The results show that, different thickness ratios effected the jet characteristics differently. A reasonable thickness ratio is helpful to improve the performance of jet.
