摘要
针对SS4型电力机车主变压器在运用中因螺栓紧固原因造成的故障,在研究主变压器组装螺栓结构特点的基础上,探索大修主变压器组装紧固螺栓力矩值。先进行理论分析计算,结合公司在组装主变压器时所实测的螺栓紧固力矩值,确定出不同部位螺栓紧固力矩值。按螺栓紧固力矩值组装的主变压器,经过实际运用,大修SS4型电力机车主变压器没有出现过因紧固造成的质量问题,从而提升主变压器组装质量稳定性。
For type SS4 electric locomotive main transformer fault caused by bolts in use, .in the study of the main transformer assembly bolt structure characteristics, on the basis of exploring overhaul the main transformer assembly fastening bolt torque value. First through theoretical analysis and calculation, and combined with the company in the assembly of the main transformer when measured by the bolt tightening torque values, determine the different parts of the bolt tightening torque values. Assembly of the main transformer, according to the bolt tightening torque value through practical application, overhaul type SS4 electric locomotive main transformer did not appear the quality problem caused by fastening. Thus improving the quality of the main transformer assembly stability.
