轴突导向因子netrin-1对早期糖尿病大鼠胶质细胞活化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 正常生理情况下,胶质细胞对视网膜起支撑、营养作用,胶质细胞终板还参与血视网膜屏障(BRB)的构成。研究表明,胶质细胞活化和功能障碍是糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)BRB受损的关键因素;其活化改变的发生早于微血管病变,是早期DR神经改变的重要表现。在DR早期,干预胶质细胞活化及神经元变性和微血管异常对阻止DR进展有重要意义。
