摘要
在阐述体育文化"十三五"规划研究背景的基础上,对当前我国体育文化建设的现状、问题及未来发展进行探讨,并提出几点思考:体育文化建设是中国体育发展的必然趋势与方向;国内外大型赛事的参会、办会理念与实践应与时俱进,由单纯追求金牌效应转变为全面实现体育的健身、教育和文化价值;建立政府引导、市场驱动、跨界合作、全民参与的体育文化建设理念与运行机制;打造体育文化品牌;高度重视互联网与"互联网+"对体育文化建设的重大意义。
Based on the research background of sports culture during the "13^th Five-year Plan " stage,this study analyzed the present situation,problems and future development of sports culture construction in China. It states that sports culture building is the necessary trend of Chinese sports development. Holding or participating in mega sports events should change its ideas and practices from medal-oriented to the focus on health-building,education and culture value. The philosophy of sports culture construction and operation mechanism should be established,which needs to be led by government and moved by market,with joint promotion and all-people participation. Sports culture brand should be built as well. Finally,we should attach great importance to the significance of "Internet Plus"on sports culture construction.
