摘要 为有效解决食品化工企业老式污泥处理工艺低效、非清洁生产、后续污泥处置费用高的问题,通过技术比选和现场试验,最终采用新型污泥离心脱水和干燥一体化工艺系统,对食品化工污泥进行最大程度减量化、无害化、稳定化处理后,外运危废填埋或无害化焚烧,有效解决了企业的卫生安全隐患,大幅降低了企业污泥处理处置成本,具有较好的经济和社会效益。 To effectively solve the problems of inefficiency, unclean production and high sludge disposal cost of the old sludge treatment process in food chemical enterprise, the new integrated sludge centrifugal dewatering and drying system was adopted after the technical comparison and field test. After the maximum reduction, innocuity and stabilization, the food chemical sludge could be landfilled or in- cinerated, which could effectively eliminate the hidden danger in enterprise health and safety and greatly reduce the sludge disposal costs, thereby achieving significant economic and social benefits.
