Unpowered Mixing Anaerobic Reactor for Sanitary Sewage Treatment and Its Application

摘要 随着新农村建设和城镇化的推进,形成了大量类似于城市社区的村庄和小镇,迫切需要研发适宜的技术以处理这些相对集中的污水。研发了一种生活污水泥液无动力混合新型厌氧反应器。该反应器在无新增能源消耗、动力消耗的情况下,实现了污水中漂浮物和沉淀物的分离、污水与污泥的较充分混合,并利用地温保障了厌氧反应区的温度,提高了寒冷地区冬季污水的处理效果。在某社区的工程应用表明其运行维护简便、费用低,总体效果明显好于已广泛推广使用的三格式化粪池和无动力生活污水处理装置。在进水水温为10~24℃的情况下,其COD去除率可达50%~70%. With the development of new rural construction and urbanization, there have been nu- merous villages and small towns like urban communities in the vast rural areas. Therefore, it is an urgent need to research appropriate cost-effective techniques for treatment of the relatively centralized sewage. A novel sludge sewage unpowered mixing anaerobic reactor for sanitary sewage treatment was developed. In the absence of additional energy and power consumption, this reactor could realize the separation of float and sediment as well as the potent mixing of sewage and sludge. Moreover, the temperature of main anae-robic reaction zone was guaranteed by making use of ground temperature. Accordingly, the treatment efficiency of winter sewage was enhanced in cold areas. The engineering application in a community indica- ted that the reactor had simple operation and maintenance and low cost, and its overall effect was superior to the widely used three-grille septic tank and unpowered sewage treatment equipment. When the influent temperature was 10℃ to 24℃, the COD removal rate reached 50% to 70%.
