摘要
对国内外流域生态补偿的概念、理论基础、利益相关者、补偿对象、补偿标准和补偿模式进行了详细综述,归纳了国外流域生态补偿的成功经验,在此基础上分析了国内和国际在流域生态补偿上诸多方面存在的差异,最后提出国内外研究和实践所带来的启示。
The paper reviews the payment for watershed ecosystem services in the aspects of basic concept, theoretical bases, stakeholders, compensation object, compensation standard and compensation mode at home and abroad. At the same time, it summarizes the experiences of payment for watershed ecosystem services abroad and compares China＇s practice with foreign counterparts, and finally puts forwards the enlightenment brought by research and practice at home and abroad.
