新医改背景下延边地区公立医院发展对策——以延边大学附属医院为例

New Medical-Sanitary System Reform and the Development of Public Hospitals in Yanbian—— A case study of Yanbian University Hospital

公立医院是中国医疗卫生体系的主力军。公立医院改革是国家医改的重点和难点,公立医院改革成果也成为医改能否取得成功的关键。2009年4月,万众瞩目的新医改方案出台,公立医院改革的重要性和紧迫性也得到全社会的认同。新医改方案的出台,不仅给公立医院的发展带来了前所未有的机遇,也让公立医院面临着严峻的挑战。在深化医药卫生体制改革的背景下,公立医院要认清形势,分析自身的状况,明确发展的方向,采取积极的应对措施,这样才能在改革的浪潮中立于不败之地。

The reform of public hospital has become much more important and urgent since the new medical-sanitary system reform programme was carried out in April 2009.Whether the former is successful or not determines the sustainable implementation of the latter.However,opportunities and challenges always coexist so that it is necessary for public hospitals to have a clear understanding of the overall situations,to make objective self-appraisal,to confirm clear goals and take active countermeasures so as to ensure its advantages in the reform.
