南水北调中线干线水质安全应急调控与处置关键技术研究 被引量:26

摘要 为应对南水北调中线干线工程可能存在的突发水污染事故,加强突发水污染事故的应急防治和管理,建立"数值模拟—评价诊断—溯源预测—应急调控—污染处置"5大环节于一体的突发水污染应急调控与处置技术体系,包括闸泵群控制下水量水质模拟技术、水质安全评价诊断技术、突发水污染溯源预测技术、水污染应急调控技术和水污染应急处置技术等关键技术。研究成果应用于示范工程和系统平台,适用性强,可保障南水北调中线干线输水水量水质安全,实现"一渠清水北送"的目标。 In order to deal with the possible sudden water pollution incidents of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,a technical system of sudden water pollution emergency regulation and treatment was established,which integrates the five links of numerical simulation,evaluation and diagnosis,tracing prediction,emergency regulation,and pollution treatment. This system includes water quantity and quality simulation technology,water quality safety evaluation and diagnosis technology,sudden water pollution tracing prediction technology,water pollution emergency regulation technology,and water pollution emergency treatment technology. The results could be applied to demonstration project and system platform,ensure water quality safety of the main of middle routes of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and realize the target of transporting a canal of clean water to the North.
