凝胶渗透色谱-分散固相萃取-气相色谱法测定大豆中的多种除草剂 被引量:5

摘要 建立了凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)-分散固相萃取(d-SPE)-气相色谱法(GC-ECD)联用技术测定大豆中5种常用除草剂(氟乐灵、甲草胺、乙草胺、异丙甲草胺、丁草胺)的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,凝胶渗透色谱除去大豆中大部分油脂及色素,再经PSA净化,GC/ECD检测。结果表明,该方法的线性范围为0.005-0.5 mg/L;检出限为0.006-0.06 mg/kg;加标回收率为99.4%-117.2%;RSD(n=6)为2.2%-9.9%;该方法能够满足大豆中5种除草剂的检测要求。 A method was developed by gel permeation chromatography(GPC)-dispersive solid phase extraction (J-SPE)-gas chromatography for the simultaneous determining of five herbicide residues (trifluralin, alachlor, acetoeldor, butachlor and metolachlor) in soybean. The samples were extracted with aeetonitrile, removing majority pigment and oil from soybean by GPC, then cleaned up by using primary secondary amine (PSA), and then detected by gas chromatography with electron capture detector (ECD). The result showed that the linear ranges of this method determination were 0.005-0.5 mg/L, the detection limits of this method were 0.006-0.06 mg/kg, and the recoveries ranged from 99.4 % - 117.2 %, with RSD ( n = 6) of 2.2 % - 9.9 %. The method of GPC- dispersive SPE-GC established in this study could be used for detecting the herbicide residues in soybean.
