2种检测方法对土壤中氮、磷、钾测定结果的相关性对比研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了解决土壤个性化施肥问题,笔者分别采用了速测和常规2种方法测定了10个北方土壤样品中的氮、磷、钾含量。试验结果表明:速测法和常规法有很好的相关性,相关系数均达到0.966以上,尤其是钾的相关性达到0.99,均达到极显著水平。并建立了相应的回归曲线方程,在实际工作可利用速测结果通过相应的回归方程进行换算,折算出常规法检测的含量,指导配方施肥。该速测方法具有简单快速便捷之特点,试剂成品化,不需要实验人员自配药剂,仪器操作简便,不需要专业的实验人员操作,检测成本低,便与基层人员推广使用。 In order to solve the problem of soil personalized fertilizer application, the authors tested N, P and Kcontent from 10 soil samples in northern China by fast testing method and conventional method. The resultsshowed that both of the two methods had fine correlation, and the correlation indexes reached 0.966, especiallythe correlation index of K reached 0.99, which also showed significant differences. Curve regression equationwas set up, which could be used in fast conversion to get the content of conventional method to guidefertilization. The fast testing method was fast and convenient, there was no need for the staff to prepare thereagent, the instrument could be operated easily without the involvement of professional experimenter and hadlow cost for detection, it could be widely used by grassroots technical staff.
