摘要 目的:提高三棱药材、醋三棱饮片鉴别的专属性,建立其含量测定方法。方法:优化三棱薄层色谱的展开剂,运用紫外可见分光光度法测定三棱中总黄酮的含量。结果:使用优化后的展开剂,三棱薄层斑点清晰、专属性好,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量简单、准确。结论:展开剂优化后可以提高三棱薄层鉴别的专属性,建立的紫外分光光度法可作为三棱总黄酮的含量测定方法。 Objective: To improve the identification of specificity of the Rhizoma Sparganii,Rhizoma Sparganiiprocessed with vinegar,to establish a method of the content determination. Methods: To optimize the developing solven of Rhizoma Sparganii thin layer chromatography separating, to use the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry as a method of determining the content of flavonoids. Results: Using the optimized developing solven,TLC spots were clear and good specificity,determining total flavonoids content by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry is simple and accurate. Conclusion: The optimized developing solven can improve the specificity of Rhizoma Spargani thin layer identification,the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry can be used for determination of content of total flavonoids.
