电针结合郑氏手法治疗腰椎小关节退变的临床随机对照研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:比较电针结合郑氏手法和单纯电针治疗腰椎小关节退变的疗效差异。方法:采用随机数字表法,将110例患者分为电针结合郑氏手法组和单纯电针组,每组55例。2组均取华佗夹脊穴(主要为腰椎夹脊穴)、肾俞、关元俞、命门等穴,电针结合郑氏手法组进针后进行捻转、提插,行平补平泻手法后行电针并用郑氏牵拉手法、复位手法、理筋法对患者进行推拿。观察2组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、腰痛症状功能障碍评分(ODI)及疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组VAS评分和ODI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较,VAS、ODI及疗效评价均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合郑氏手法治疗腰椎小关节退变优于单纯电针。 Objective: This study aimed to compare the difference therapeutic effect between electro-acupuncture combined with Zheng Shi manipulation and electro-acupuncture alone. Methods: 110 cases enrolled were randomly assigned to an electro-acupuncture combined with Zheng Shi manipulation group and an electro-acupuncture alone group. Each group owned 55 cases. Both of the groups were treated by electro-acupuncture on EX-B2,BL 23,BL 26 and DU 4,etc.,besides,the electro-acupuncture combined with Zheng Shi manipulation group were treated by Zheng Shi manipulations after electro-acupuncture. Results: VAS and ODI were detected before and after treatment. Results Scores for VAS and ODI indicated that there were significant different of the electro-acupuncture combined with Zheng Shi manipulation treatment( P〈0. 05). Scores for VAS and ODI suggested that there were significant differences as the electro-acupuncture combined with Zheng Shi manipulation and electro-acupuncture alone( P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effective of electro-acupuncture combined with Zheng Shi manipulation is better than electro-acupuncture alone.
