降糖益肾汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病40例疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Jiangtang Yishen Decoction in Treating Early Stage of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察降糖益肾汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,2组均在常规治疗基础上,对照组40例给予阿魏酸哌嗪片(成都亨达药业有限公司)国药准字H51023368,200 mg 3次/d。治疗组服用降糖益肾汤,1剂/d,水煎取汁300 m L分早晚2次温服。2组均治疗3个月。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后尿微量白蛋白明显下降,临床症状有所改善,总有效率90%,对照组治疗后总有效率52.5%,因此治疗组明显优于对照组两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降糖益肾汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果良好,值得临床进一步研究和推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Jiangtang Yishen Decoction in treating early stage of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy,while the treatment group was given Jiangtang Yishen Decoction more. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Results： Compared with prior treatment,the level of urine microalbumin in the treatment group decreased significantly,clinical symptoms improved a lot,and the total effective rate was 90%,while the level of urine microalbumin in the control group decreased insignificantly,and the total effective rate was 52. 5%. The treatment effect in both groups had a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Jiangtang Yishen Decoction has superior obvious effect for early diabetic nephropathy to the conventional treatment alone.
