Wumei Pill Treatment of Breast Cancer

目的:从病机与治法角度阐释乌梅丸干预乳腺癌的中医理论。方法:查阅文献,引用经典,论述乳腺癌病属厥阴的内涵,阐述其兼具阳虚火郁的基本病机和厥阴风动的转移病机;论述乌梅丸主治病机及治法,阐述其既可温阳解郁,又可敛肝息风。并统计乌梅丸治疗乳腺癌的文献报道。结果:乳腺癌病机属性与乌梅丸主治病机及治法契合。结论:乌梅丸干预乳腺癌本病及转移中医理论充分,临床有效。

Objective： Interpret the TCM theory of Wu-mei pill interpose breast cancer from the perspective of pathogenesis and treatment. Methods： Literature,citing classics. Discusses connotation of breast cancer belongs to Jue Yin. Elucidate the pathogenesises which the basic pathogenesis is yang deficiency and fire stagnation,while the metastasis pathogenesis is Jue Yin wind agitation. Expound the pathogenesis and treatment of wumei pill. Explanation that wumei pills can Warming yang and regulating qi,astringing liver and calming endogenous wind. Statistical literatures reported that Wu-mei pill treatment of breast cancer. Results： Breast cancer pathogenesis agree with the pathogenesis and treatment of wumei pill. Conclusion： It is effective that wumei pill treatment breast cancer,not only on the disease but also on the transfer.
