摘要
针对长城煤矿开采所产生的环境污染、生态破坏、浪费资源、成本高等问题,提出了采充留一体化绿色开采技术。分析了充填矸石不同颗粒级配下矸石压缩率与应力关系,对沿空留巷技术机理及钢管混凝土支护技术进行研究,得出采充留一体化绿色开采技术是可行的。充填矸石颗粒级配以矸石中粒径小于2.5mm粉末含量占5%,粒径小于45mm的矸石占15%,大于45mm的矸石块占80%为最佳颗粒级配。沿空留巷使用锚索梁做超前支护,钢管混凝土墩柱配合矸石袋墙做巷旁支护对维护巷道稳定、控制围岩变形具有重要作用。该技术对煤矿绿色开采具有重要的借鉴指导意义,具有重要的推广和研究价值。
Aiming at the mining- caused problems in Changcheng coal mine,such as environmental pollution,ecological damage,waste of resources,high cost,the paper proposes an integrated green mining technology mining- backfilling-retaining. The relation between gangue compression rate and stress is analyzed under different particle size grading,the mechanism of gob- side entry retaining technology is studied,and the concrete filled steel tube supporting technology is researched,which proves the feasibility of the integrated green mining technology of mining- backfilling- retaining. The optimum gangue particle size grading comprises 5% gangue particle with diameter less than 2. 5mm,15% particle with size under 45 mm,and 80% particle with size over 45 mm. In the gob- side entry retaining,anchor beam is applied for advance support,concrete filled steel tube column is used with gangue bags roadside support walls to maintain the stability of roadway and control deformation of the surrounding rock.
