摘要
为提高瓦斯抽采效率,设计了应用于煤矿井下的自适应瓦斯抽采管路阀门自动调控系统,该系统通过自适应调节算法实时控制阀门的开度,以实现瓦斯抽采浓度或抽采纯流量的最大化。现场工业试验表明:阀门开度由100%调整为50%时,试验钻场的瓦斯抽采浓度由20%提高到最大值45.84%;阀门开度由100%调整为80%时,瓦斯抽采纯流量由0.328m3/min提高到最大值0.464m3/min;并且随着阀门开度的减小,瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采纯流量均呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。
To improve the efficiency of gas drainage,adaptive gas drainage pipeline valve automatic control system applied to the coal mine was designed. The valve opening is adjusted by the adaptive adjustment algorithm,to maximize the gas drainage concentration and flow. Industrial test shows that, concentration of the maximum gas drainage increases from20% to 45. 84% when the valve opening changes from 100% to 50%; The maximum gas pure flow increases from0. 328m3/ min to 0. 464m3/ min when the valve opening changes from 100% to 80%. With the change of valve opening,the gas drainage concentration and pure flow increases at first and then decreases.
