针对朱集西煤矿选煤厂产品仓施工工期长、难度大、措施费用高、安全隐患多的问题,结合仓顶结构特点进行施工方案设计优化,在确保施工安全的前提下,减少施工工期、降低施工费用,按期完工。采用斜拉钢绞线悬挂滑模操作钢平台作为支撑仓顶结构施工钢平台的施工方案,解决了难题,达到了工程要求。

Aiming at the long period,great difficulty,high cost and multi potential safety hazard in the construction of product silo in Zhuji west coal mine coal preparation plant,the construction scheme design is optimized combining with the silo roof structure features,to cut the construction period,reduce construction cost,under the premise of construction safety. This cable- stayed steel wire rope hanging synovial operating steel platform is applied as a support warehouse top construction steel structure platform construction scheme,the construction difficulty is solved,achieving the engineering requirements.
