中越两国边境旅游开发合作研究

Study on China-Vietnam Border Tourism Development and Cooperation

边境旅游合作是跨境经济合作的重要组成部分,也是比较容易开展合作的领域。中越两国山水相连、传统友谊深厚,具有开展边境旅游合作的基础和条件,开展边境旅游开发合作不仅能服务于中国的开放战略,而且有利于促进沿边地区的开发开放,实现富民兴边的战略目标。但两国边境旅游开发合作存在旅游产品单一、旅游投入不足,基础设施落后、旅游安全问题日益突出等问题,文章在深入分析问题的基础上,提出两国可以通过增大边境旅游开发投入、建立和完善边境旅游制度、大力加强边境地区旅游人才的培养等措施提升边境合作。

The border tourism cooperation is an important part of cross- border economic cooperation and a relatively easy area of cooperation. China and Vietnam are neighbors linked by common mountains and rivers with deep traditional friendship. There is the foundation and condition for border tourism cooperation. To develop the border tourism cooperation not only serve our overall developing situation,but also benefit to the development and opening up in border areas,and achieve the strategic goal of prospering frontier and enriching people. However,there are some problems in cooperation,such as single tourism product,insufficient investment and infrastructure,and increased tourism security risk etc. Therefore we need to increase investment,establish border tourism mechanism,make the effort in personnel training in border tourism,so as to upgrade the level of border tourism cooperation.
