摘要
选用盆栽试验方法,采用不同梯度的盐溶液胁迫处理三个燕麦品种,研究了盐胁迫对燕麦种子萌发和幼苗抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明,盐胁迫对燕麦种子萌发具有显著抑制作用.燕麦种子发芽率、发芽势和活力指数,随着盐浓度的增加均呈下降趋势;盐胁迫导致燕麦抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT的活性随着盐浓度的增加而上升.
Analyzing the effects of the salt concentratio on oat seed germination and enzyme activity of their seedlings,three oat varieties were treated with the effects of different concentration of salt solution.The results showed salt stress had significicant inhibition on oat germination and seedling growth.The germinatin rate,germination index and vigor index,as well as root vigor decreased with the increasing salt concentration.Salt stress caused great changes in oat antioxidation system.SOD,POD and CAT increased with the increasing salt concentration.Among3 vatieties,the value on enzyme activity of baiyan No.2 seedling was the highest.
