摘要
根据煤层瓦斯赋存参数测定的压力恢复曲线理论和方法,实现了对煤层瓦斯压力、瓦斯含量、透气性系数等参数的快速测定。利用瓦斯压力、煤层温度和瓦斯流量3路参数,并通过EDA9017采集模块、以及RS485接口以及本安显示器完成了煤层瓦斯参数的通信与显示。根据数学模型,采用最小二乘法拟合瓦斯压力恢复曲线并自动计算压力恢复曲线线性上的斜率进而计算得到煤层瓦斯赋存参数。测量装置为本质安全型,以适用于煤矿井下高瓦斯环境。
According to the theory and method of coal seam gas occurrence pressure buildup curve in the determination of parameters,the rapid determination of parameters such as coal seam gas pressure,gas content and permeability coefficient was implemented. Using gas pressure,coal seam temperature and gas flow rate 3 parameters,and through EDA9017 acquisition module,RS485 interface and intrinsic safety display,the communication and display of coal seam gas parameters was completed. According to the mathematical model,using least square method to fit gas pressure buildup curve and automatically calculate the slope of pressure buildup curve,coal seam gas occurrence parameters are obtained. The device is designed as intrinsic safety for high gas environment.
