我国城市技术转移双网络分析——基于高校、企业比较的视角

The Dual Network Analysis of Chinese Cities in Technology Transfer——Comparison Study between Universities and Firms

以2008-2012年我国城市间技术交易数据为基础,利用社会网络分析方法对高校和企业两个不同技术转移主体形成的城市技术转移网络进行对比研究。结果显示：不同技术转移主体对城市的要素禀赋特征要求不同;企业技术转移网络中各城市的技术输出普遍领先于高校技术转移网络;两张网络中发达地区的技术输出与吸纳均遥遥领先于落后地区,处于绝对中心地位;两个网络中均存在占据技术资源和信息流通关键位置的城市,控制着技术向中西部转移的关键路径;两个网络的技术转移关系是正向相关的,能相互促进。

Using bilateral data of technology transfer from 2008 to 2012 between cities in China,this paper compared the technology transfer network structure and function of universities and firms through a dual social network analysis. Results showed that,firstly,universities and firms had different requirements for cities＇ resources. Secondly,the technology output of firms in the network was more than that of universities. Thirdly,the output and input of technology of developed cities was far ahead of backward ones,and there were cities occupying the critical path of technology transfer to the Midwest in both networks. In the end,there was a positive correlation between the two networks.
