桂东南农村致贫原因及脱贫路径探究——以广西兴业县牟村精准扶贫实地调查为依据

The Causes of Poverty and the Path of Supporting the Poor in Southeast Guangxi Countryside——Based on the Survey in Mou Village of Xingye County

精准扶贫是对粗放扶贫的对称,是指通过对贫困村和贫困户的精准识别、精准帮扶、精准管理和精准考核,运用科学有效程序的治贫方式,其中精准识别是基础。作为精准扶贫工作的一员,笔者调查了广西兴业县牟村精准扶贫的实地概况,分析了其致贫原因,并对完善精准扶贫工作提出了几点建议。

Precise poverty alleviation, symmetry of the extensive poverty alleviation, is an effective solution to poverty through accurate identification, accurate assistance, accurate management and accurate assessment. Accurate identification is the foundation. As a member of precise poverty alleviation, the present author analyzes the causes of poverty and proposes some suggestions for the improvement of precise poverty alleviation, based on his survey in Mou Village of Xingye County.
