大体积混凝土的裂缝控制是工程上一道难题,桥梁主梁0#节段固结于塔柱,易出现裂缝是一种通病。阆中嘉陵江四桥主梁0#节段是这两种情况的叠加,问题就更加突出。在实施过程中,主要从混凝土原材料、配合比、施工工艺等环节进行控制,混凝土质量得到保证。
The crack control of mass concrete is a thorny engineering problem, while cracks easily occurs in the 0# segment of the main girder consolidated to tower column, which is a common engineering problem. The 0# segment of the main girder of the fourth Jialingjiang River Bridge has both the problems, and the control mainly focuses on processes like raw concrete materials, mix proportion and construction technology, and the concrete quality can be ensured.
