mTOR信号通路参与系统性红斑狼疮发病机制的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种常见自身免疫性疾病,常累及皮肤、肾脏、肺脏等全身各器官系统。其发病机制多与免疫耐受功能紊乱有关,但具体机制尚不明确。哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,其信号通路在细胞代谢、生长、增殖及分化等方面起重要作用。近年来已有文献报道mTOR信号通路参与SLE发病机制中的免疫细胞分化、自噬、炎性细胞因子分泌、氧化应激等过程。因此,进一步阐明mTOR信号通路在SLE发病中的作用,对其诊断及靶向治疗具有重要意义。本文就近期mTOR信号通路在SLE中的研究进展作一综述讨论。
