Th9细胞的生物学特点及其相关疾病的研究进展

摘要 CD4^+T细胞被激活后会分化为不同的具有特异生物学功能的辅助性T细胞。分泌IL-9的Th9细胞是新近被鉴定出的一种具有独立功能的效应T细胞亚群,它与变态反应性疾病、自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤等多种疾病关系密切,本文对Th9细胞的生物学特点及其在疾病中的最新研究进展作一综述。
