摘要
人体唾液中的葡萄糖浓度与血糖浓度密切相关,无创血糖检测通过测量唾液中的葡萄糖浓度来预测血糖浓度,而唾液中成分复杂,利用对葡萄糖有特异吸附作用的葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)修饰光纤表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器,可以实现对葡萄糖的选择性测量.同时,为了实现血糖检测仪的便携性及测量探头的快捷更换,设计了一种以微型光纤SPR传感器为核心的针尖式接续子探头,并探讨了该系统检测低浓度葡萄糖的测量分辨率.实验结果表明,该传感器可应用于检测唾液中葡萄糖浓度从而反应血糖浓度,为便携式无创血糖检测仪的开发提供了一种有效的方案.
The glucose concentration of human saliva is closely related to that of human blood. The noninvasive blood glucose monitoring can be realized by measuring the glucose concentration of saliva. Regarding the complexity of the interstitial fluid,the glucose oxidase( GOD) which specifically absorbs glucose molecules can be used to modify the optical fiber surface plasmon resonance( SPR) sensor to realize glucose selective measurement. At the same time,considering the portability of the blood sugar detector and the conveniency of the probe replacement,a kind of tip type connector probe based on a miniature integrated optical fiber SPR sensor was set up,and the resolution ratio of this system to the low concentration of glucose was discussed. Experiment results show that this sensor can be used to detect the glucose concentration of saliva in order to reflect blood glucose levels,which provides an efficient scheme for the development of portable noninvasive blood glucose detector.
