摘要
采用浸渍法制备p-TsOH/C固体酸催化剂。利用红外光谱对催化剂进行表征。以乙酸、苄醇为原料,采用p-TsOH/C固体酸催化剂合成乙酸苄酯。考察了反应时间、催化剂的质量分数、原料配比等对该反应的影响。结果表明,使用该催化剂合成乙酸苄酯的最佳反应条件为:反应时间为2.5 h,催化剂的质量为苄醇质量的5.4%,酸醇物质的量比为1.4∶1,反应温度为136℃,产率为86%。催化剂不经处理可重复使用,使用5次以后的产率为78%。
Solid acid catalyst p-TsOH/C is prepared by impregnation method. FTIR is used to characterize the obtained p-TsOH / C catalyst. Benzyl acetate is synthesized from benzyl alcohol and acetic acid with p-TsOH/C solid acid as catalyst. The influence of reaction time,amount of catalysts and mole ratio on the reaction are investigated. The result showed that the optimum conditions for synthesis of benzyl acetate are shown as follows: 2. 5 h of reaction time,5. 4%( based on the of benzyl alcohol mass) catalyst,1. 4∶ 1 of n( acetic acid) ∶ n( benzyl alcohol) and 136 ℃ of reaction temperature,the yield of benzyl acetate reaches86%. The catalyst can be reused without treatment,the yield of benzyl acetate reaches 78% when the catalyst is reused for 5 times.
