论网络隐私权的私法保护

On the Protection of Network Privacy Right by Civil Law

随着人们权利意识的不断提升,隐私权越来越得到重视。但是,科技快速发展也使得网络隐私权受到了极大的挑战,侵权问题不断刺激着每个人的神经。当前,我国网络隐私权保护体系尚不够完善,尤其是私法保护制度。故此,需要在民法典中突出网络隐私权的地位的同时,通过健全关联法律、强化行业自律、提升自力救济能力等途径全面保障网络隐私权。

With the continuous improvement of people’s right consciousness,more and more attention has been paid to the right of privacy. However,the rapid development of science and technology has also made the right of network privacy faced some challenges. At present,the network privacy protection system of China is still not perfect,especially in the protection of private law.Highlighting the status of the network privacy in the code of civil law and perfecting the related laws,strengthening the self- discipline of the industry,enhancing the ability of self remedy are what we have to do.
