Institutional Innovation Strategy for Anhui Province Under the Background of the Yangtze River Delta Integration

自建国至今,安徽与长三角关系的演进经历了"东张西望"—泛长三角战略—谋划"中四角"—规划长三角四个阶段。结合安徽区位优势与实际情况,明确安徽省在长三角一体化中的定位,并从注重法律规范、转变思想观念、加强简政放权、加速统筹规划、强化组织协调、促进开发开放、发展"飞地经济"、加速市场一体化等八个方面加大体制创新,从而实现安徽与长三角的真正一体化。

Since 1949,the relationship between the Yangtze River Delta and Anhui province had been experienced four stages： Looking around,Extensive Yangtze River Delta strategy,scheming＂midland quadrangle＂and programming the Yangtze River Delta. Combining the superiority of the geographic position and the physical truth of Anhui province. Positioning Anhui province in the Yangtze River Delta integration and increased the institutional innovation and realize the real integration of Anhui and the Yangtze River Delta. What we have to do is to establish the legal system,change the ideology,and delegating power to the lower levels. We have to speed up overall planning and the coordination and open up to the outside world.
