摘要
采取问卷调查和访谈的方式,以张家口学院非英语专业的六个专业200名大学生为研究对象,对他们的英语学习动机调控策略进行定量和定性研究。研究结果表明,各项动机调控策略使用频率呈中上等水平,且内部动机调控策略高于外部动机调控策略的使用;部分调控策略在不同背景学生间存在显著差异。基于分析结果提出针对新升本院校非英语专业学生不同类型英语学习动机的激发与培养策略,进而提高他们的英语自主学习能力,从而为提高大学英语教学提供借鉴。
Taking 200 non- English majors college students in Zhangjiakou college as the research object,this study conducts the research on their English learning motivational regulation strategies by adopting the method of questionnaire and interview. The research result shows that the frequency of motivational regulation strategies is on the middle level,and the internal motivational regulation strategies are used more often than the external motivational regulation strategies,and the use of some motivational regulation strategies have significant differences with the students’ backgrounds varying. Based on the analysis result,this paper respectively puts forward for some strategies aiming at stimulating and cultivating English learning motivation and their English autonomous learning abilities for Non- English Major students,so as to provide reference for improving college English teaching.
