Review of Satirical Novels of Buddha Among the Classical Chinese Novels in the Tang and Five Dynasties in China

以唐五代文言小说中佛教小说为研究对象,对比研究魏晋时期文言小说中佛教内容,梳理唐代佛教小说中出现的新变——讽刺。采用文献整理法,按照小说艺术手法,可将众多讽佛类小说分为三类,即对比嘲讽的方式、暗含讽喻的方式、巧用白描等。唐五代时期的讽佛类小说,代表着时人对待宗教的新态度,它摆脱了早期文言小说中对佛教的一味崇拜和宣扬,体现出更多理性的光彩,描绘了一幅幅不一样的社会文化画卷,文学色彩浓厚,引人注目。

Taking satirical novels of Buddha among the classical Chinese novels in the Tang and Five Dynasties as the research object,we made a comparative study with the literature method according to the novel art gimmick. novels of Buddha can be divided into three categories. The novels of Buddha in the Tang dynasty represents a new attitude of people to Buddhism,which has broken away from the blindly worship and preach to Buddhism and manifests the more rational Buddhist culture scene.
