中医药综合干预对艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者免疫功能和机会性感染的长期影响

Long- term Effect of TCM Comprehensive Intervention on HIV / AIDS Patients' Immune Function and Opportunistic Infections

目的:观察中医药综合干预对艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者免疫功能和机会性感染的长期影响。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,提取河南省沈丘县2004年以来接受中医药救治艾滋病项目的患者156例,不愿接受抗病毒治疗的患者,根据实际病情、症状表现、体征、舌苔、脉象等情况进行中医辨证治疗。辨证为气血两虚证给予以补气养血的中成药益艾康胶囊常规治疗。符合抗病毒治疗者,可在中医辨证施治同时给予抗病毒治疗。出现机会性感染者,在给予中药汤剂治疗的同时可给予西医常规治疗。观察患者治疗期间的CD4+T淋巴细胞变化,临床症状体征及卡氏积分情况。结果:治疗前后患者卡氏积分、主要临床症状、体征均有明显的变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。T淋巴细胞亚群检测结果显示,CD4+T淋巴细胞下降幅度减缓,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药综合干预艾滋病疗效显著,能增强艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者的免疫功能,减少机会性感染,且可以达到协同增效的治疗目的。

Objective： To observe the long-term effect of TCM comprehensive intervention on HIV / AIDS patients＇ immune function and the opportunistic infections. Methods： With retrospective study method,156 cases of AIDS patients from Shenqiu County,Henan Province since 2004,who are unwilling to accept sole antiviral therapy,were treated with Chinese medicine treatment according to the actual conditions of symptoms,signs,tongue fur,pulse,etc. By TCM syndrome differentiation situation,to patients with deficiency of both Qi and Blood,Yiaikang capsule,which can nourish Qi and Blood,was given as a conventional TCM therapy. Anti-viral therapy was also used if patients asked. When opportunistic infections happened,combined treatment of TCM and western medicine were given to the patients at the same time. During treatment,the changing of patients＇ CD＋4T lymphocytes,clinical symptoms and signs,and Karnofsky score were observed and analyzed. Results： After treatment,patients Karnofsky score,main clinical symptoms and signs changed,with the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. In addition,CD＋4T lympho-cytes decline slowed down,with the difference statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine comprehensive intervention for HIV / AIDS patients is effective and can achieve synergistic effect with other therapies.
