止嗽散合三拗汤治疗感冒后咳嗽的系统评价

A Systematic Review on the Efficacy of Zhisou Powder and Sanao Decoction in Treatment of Cold- induced Cough

目的:评价止嗽散合三拗汤治疗感冒后咳嗽临床疗效与安全性。方法:检索EMBASE、PUBMED、MEDLINE、AMED、CINAHL、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库和中国中医药期刊文献数据库从建库至2014年12月20日止嗽散合三拗汤治疗感冒后咳嗽随机对照试验研究,筛选合格研究。应用Cochrane评价员手册进行偏倚风险评价,Jadad评分法进行质量评价。应用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:符合纳入标准的文献共4篇。Meta分析结果显示,止嗽散合三拗汤治疗感冒后咳嗽治疗组与对照组相比,临床疗效有效率比值比(odds ratio,OR)为5.13,95%可信区间(confidence interval,CI)[2.46,10.71],差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1);临床疗效愈显率OR为2.10,95%CI[1.29,3.43],差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);纳入研究未报道不良反应。结论:止嗽散合三拗汤治疗感冒后咳嗽临床疗效显著,但由于本系统评价纳入研究的总体质量较低,研究的数量和样本量均较小,尚需要更多高质量、多中心、大样本、严格设计的随机对试验来进一步验证其疗效与安全性。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhisou Powder and Sanao Decoction in treatment of cold-induced cough.Methods： Related information about randomized clinical trials（ RCTs） of Zhisou Powder and Sanao Decoction for cold-induced cough in EMBASE,PUBMED,MEDLINE,AMED,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database and Traditional Chinese Medical Periodical Literature Database from the inception of each database up to 20 December 2014 was electronically searched. The Cochrane risk of bias tool was used to assess the risk of bias. The quality of included studies was assessed by using Jadad rating scale. The Cochrane Collaboration＇s Rev Man5. 3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results： Compared with the control group,the odds ratio（ OR） of the clinical total efficiency rate was 5. 13,with 95% confidence interval（ confidence interval,CI） [2. 46,10. 71] in the treatment group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 000 1）. The odds ratio（ OR） of the clinical significant efficiency rate was 2. 10,95% CI[1. 29,3. 43]. The difference was statistically significant（ P = 0. 003）. Conclusion： Zhisou Powder and Sanao Decoction in the treatment of cold-induced cough has significant clinical curative effect. To further evaluate the effect and safety of Zhisou Powder and Sanao Decoction for cold-induced cough,more RCTs with large samples would be needed.
