试论元气与真气

Discussion on Yuan Qi and Zhen Qi

在现在的中医基础理论中,真气在气的分类并未统一,通过分析元气和真气的概念及二者的联系与区别,探讨形成元气和真气概念不清的原因。笔者结合传统文化对元气的认识以及《道德经》中道生万物的演化机理,探讨元气的内涵;结合《黄帝内经》对真气的论述,分析真气涵义存在的争议,厘清道、天、地、人之间整体运化的相应关系以及元气和真气的属性特征。认为真气源生于元气,二者同为先天之气,受自然规律作用。元气的特征是兼容遍透整个宇宙空间的非运动态,真气具有流动运行的特性。

Object： To analysis the concepts,connection and distinction of Yuan Qi and Zhen Qi and discuss the reasons for the misunderstanding of the concepts. Methods： Discussing the meaning of Yuan Qi based on contents of Yuan Qi in traditional Chinese literature and the mechanism of Dao in creating everything in Dao De Jing. By analyzing the controversy contents about Zhen qi in Huangdi Neijing,the connections among Dao,the heaven,the earth and man as well as features of Yuan Qi and Zhen Qi are to be clarified. Results： Yuan Qi gives birth to Zhen Qi although Yuan Qi and Zhen Qi are prenatal Qi,which are regulated by nature laws. Yuan Qi evenly exists all over the universe in a stationary state,while Zhen Qi can flow around in the body. Conclusion： If we have no clear understanding of the connections among Dao,the heaven,the earth and man,if we have blurred cognition of the mechanism of Dao in creating everything,if we lack understanding on the features of Yuan Qi and Zhen Qi,surely we would misunderstood what Yuan Qi and Zhen Qi are and get confused about their relationships.
