摘要
目的:分析27批麝香药材样品的真伪优劣,为麝香的临床应用提供科学依据。方法:麝香粉末的鉴别采用显微鉴定法;麝香酮的含量测定采用气相色谱法。结果:从27批麝香样品粉末显微鉴定结果可知,掺假物的显微特征与麝香的显微特征很近似,都是不规则块状物和不定形的颗粒状物聚集成的团块。从团块颜色、密度、大小和分散均匀情况可以鉴别麝香的真伪。27批麝香样品中15批含有麝香酮,但只有5批的含量达到2.0%,其中1批显微特征不符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定,因此从显微特征和麝香酮含量2个指标评价,只有4批符合《中华人民共和国药典》的规定。结论:目前市场上的天然麝香掺伪现象严重,临床应用应加强质量监测。
Objective: To analyze the quality of 27 batches of musk specimen to provide a scientific data for the clinical application of musk. Methods: the powder of musk was identified by using microscopic verification method,and the detection of the content of Musk Ketone was carried out by using gas chromatographic method. Results: by the microscopic observation of the 27 batches of musk specimen,the microscopic characteristics of the 27 batches of musk specimen are quite similar to each other,all being lumps clustered by irregular or amorphous particles. However,the authenticity of the 27 batches of musk specimen was identified by observing or measuring the color,density,size and uniform dispersion of them. One batch among them was found being fake Musk since its microscopic characteristics didn't comply with the required standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. On the other hand,among the 27 batches of musk specimen,there is Musk Ketone in 15 batches,but the content of Musk Ketone reaches 2. 0% in only 5batches,with one of them being fake in microscopic characteristics. Therefore,by the double standard detection with microscopic verification method and gas chromatographic method,only 4 batches of musk specimen in 27 the batches were genuine Musk. Conclusion: The quality of the musk sold in the market urgently needs to be supervised and regulated for its clinical application.
