温针灸结合Maitland手法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Warming Needle Moxibustion Combined with Maitland Technique in Treating Early Metaphase of Osteoarthritis

目的:研究温针灸结合Maitland手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。研究组行温针灸阳陵泉穴和Maitland手法治疗,对照组行Maitland手法治疗,两组患者均配合常规药物对症治疗。分别在治疗前后对两组患者行视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS)、膝关节主动活动度(active range of motion,AROM)评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分评定。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分均下降,研究组VAS评分下降与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后AROM评分均有明显提高,研究组提高优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后Lysholm评分都有改善,研究组改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸阳陵泉穴结合Maitland手法改善早中期膝骨性关节炎疼痛及功能方面疗效明显。

Objective ：To observe the effects of warming needle moxibustion combined with Maitland technique in treating early metaphase of osteoarthritis. Methods ：60 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into research group and control group. Both 2 groups were received the regular medicine therapy. Besides, the research group was received warming needle moxibustion of Yanglingquan point and Maitland mobilization technique and the control group was only received Maitland mobilization technique. Visual analog scale（VAS） ,Active range of motion（AROM） , Lyshohn knee score were assessed before and after the treatments. Resuhs：VAS decreased significantly after treatments in 2 groups, the research group was better changed than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. AROM improved significantly after treatments in 2 groups,the research group was better changed than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Lysholm score increased significantly after treatment in 2 groups, the research group was better changed than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of knee osteoarthritis after the treatments of warming needle moxibustion of Yanglingquan point and Maitland mobilization technique is evident, therefore, It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
