清热止晕合剂的质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Qingre Zhiyun Medicine

目的:建立清热止晕合剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对清热止晕合剂中黄芩、天麻进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对主药黄芩中黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:清热止晕合剂中黄芩、天麻的薄层色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。黄芩苷含量测定线性关系良好,回归方程Y=3E+09X-64530(γ=0.999 8),黄芩苷的平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.3%。结论:本研究建立的方法准确、简便、灵敏度和重现性好,可用于清热止晕合剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the quality standard of Qingre Zhiyun medicine. Methods： With thin layer chromatography（ TLC）,the Gastrodia elata and Scutellaria baicalensis Georg were identified,and Baicalin was identified with high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC）. Results： Gastrodia elata,Scutellaria baicalensis Georg can be distinguished respectively by TLC.A good linear relationship was shown in determination of Baicalin,with the regression equation Y = 3E ＋ 09X- 64 530,and γ =0. 999 8. The average recovery rate of baicalin being 96. 5% and the RSD being 0. 3%. Being simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,the method can be used in the quality control of Qingre Zhiyun medicine.
