摘要
目的:建立清热止晕合剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对清热止晕合剂中黄芩、天麻进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对主药黄芩中黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:清热止晕合剂中黄芩、天麻的薄层色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。黄芩苷含量测定线性关系良好,回归方程Y=3E+09X-64530(γ=0.999 8),黄芩苷的平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.3%。结论:本研究建立的方法准确、简便、灵敏度和重现性好,可用于清热止晕合剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Qingre Zhiyun medicine. Methods: With thin layer chromatography( TLC),the Gastrodia elata and Scutellaria baicalensis Georg were identified,and Baicalin was identified with high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Results: Gastrodia elata,Scutellaria baicalensis Georg can be distinguished respectively by TLC.A good linear relationship was shown in determination of Baicalin,with the regression equation Y = 3E + 09X- 64 530,and γ =0. 999 8. The average recovery rate of baicalin being 96. 5% and the RSD being 0. 3%. Being simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,the method can be used in the quality control of Qingre Zhiyun medicine.
