升气壮阳法治疗小儿遗尿症临床研究

Clinical Efficacy of Sheng Qi Zhuang Yang Therapy in Treatment of Infantile Enuresis

目的:探讨升气壮阳法治疗小儿遗尿症的临床疗效。方法:将108例小儿遗尿症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组53例采用常规西药治疗;而治疗组55例在对照组治疗基础上加用升气壮阳汤治疗。观察两组患儿治疗前后的唤醒阈和膀胱容量差异,比较两种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组患儿的唤醒阈和膀胱容量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后,两组患儿的唤醒阈和膀胱容量均有改善,治疗组唤醒阈的降低幅度和膀胱容量的升高幅度均显著高于对照组。另外,治疗组治愈38例,有效14例,无效3例,有效率为94.55%;对照组治愈13例,有效29例,无效11例,有效率为79.25%,治疗组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医升气壮阳法应用于小儿遗尿症的辅助治疗中,可有效改善唤醒阈,提高患儿的膀胱容量,其临床疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Sheng Qi Zhuang Yang Therapy in treatment of infantile enuresis. Methods：108 infantile enuresis patients from December 2012 to November 2014 were selected in our hospital as research objects for retrospectively analysis,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in the control group（ n = 53）were treated with conventional western medicine,while patients in the treatment group（ n = 55） were treated with Sheng Qi Zhuang Yang decoction besides that of the control group. the Differences of the arousal threshold and bladder capacity between the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared in order to find out the total effective rate of the two treatments.Results： There were no significant differences in the arousal threshold and bladder capacity between the two groups before the treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment,both of the arousal threshold and bladder capacity of the two groups were improved,in which the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. In addition,38 cases of the treatment group got cured,14 cases effective and 3 cases invalid,in with the total effective rate was 94. 55%（ 52 /55）. 13 cases of the control group got cured,29 cases effective and 11 cases invalid,in with the total effective rate was 79. 25%（ 42 /53）. The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Sheng Qi Zhuang Yang decoction can effectively improve the arousal threshold and increase the capacity of children with bladder in treatment of infantile enuresis and its clinical curative effect was significantly higher than that of conventional western medicine treatment,which should be introduced into clinical practice.
