麦粒灸治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

Curative Effect of Moxibustion with Seed-Sized Moxa Cone in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察麦粒灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为麦粒灸组、中成药组,每组40例。麦粒灸组取关元、中极、归来(双)、足三里(双)、三阴交(双)等穴,采用麦粒灸治疗,中成药组口服妇科千金片治疗。治疗2个疗程后比较两组患者综合积分及临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后综合积分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),且麦粒灸组综合积分与中成药组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。麦粒灸组有效率为92.50%,中成药组有效率为80.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麦粒灸可有效改善慢性盆腔炎患者症状、体征,疗效优于口服妇科千金片。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into moxibustion group and Chinese medicine group,with 40 cases in each group. Moxibustion group was treated by moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone. The acupoints include Guanyuan（ RN4）,Zhonhji（ RN 3）,Guilai（ ST 29）,Zusanli（ ST 36）,and Sanyinjiao（ SP 6）. Chinese medicine group was given oral gynecologic Qianjin tablets in treatment. After 2 courses of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared in comprehensive score and clinical efficacy. Results： The comprehensive scores of the two groups significantly decreased（ P 〈 0. 01） respectively. After the treatment,the difference of tcomprehensive scores of the two groups was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of Moxibustion group was 92. 50%,while that of the Chinese medicine group was 80. 00%,the difference between which was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,with better curative effect than that of oral gynecologic Qianjin tablets.
