腰硬联合麻醉在赤道几内亚妇科手术中的应用

The Clinical Effect Of Combined Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia Undergoing Gynecological Surgery in Equatorial Guinea

目的比较两种麻醉方法在赤道几内亚妇科手术中的临床应用效果。方法选择择期行妇科手术患者108例,随机分为单次蛛网膜下腔麻醉组(group SA,n=54)和腰硬联合麻醉组(group CSEA,n=54),分别行单次蛛网膜下腔麻醉和腰硬联合麻醉,对两种麻醉方法的麻醉效果及不良反应进行比较。结果与单次蛛网膜下腔麻醉组比较,腰硬联合麻醉组麻醉维持时间长、麻醉效果确切、肌松满意、不良反应小(P<0.05)。结论妇科手术时腰硬联合麻醉效果优于单次蛛网膜下腔麻醉,值得在赤道几内亚地区推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of two methods of anesthesia undergoing gynecological surgery in Equatorial Guinea. Methods 108 patients undergoing gynecological surgery were randomly assigned to single spinal anesthesia group（ group SA,n = 54） and combined spinal epidural anesthesia group（ group CSEA,n = 54）. The patients of group SA received spinal anesthesia and group CSEA received combined spinal epidural anesthesia. Anesthesia effect and adverse reaction were compared of the two methods. Results The group CSEA had a longer duration of anesthesia than the group SA,the effect of anesthesia and muscle relaxation were better and the side effect was less in group CSEA than group SA（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia is better than single spinal anesthesia undergoing gynecological surgery and worthy of promotion in Equatorial Guinea.
