摘要
本文主要对新形势下军队医院聘用制人员管理实践进行了系统的论述,包括建立聘用人员管理委员会和人力资源部,按需定岗定编,拓展招聘渠道,规范聘用流程,注重对聘用人员的培训开发,实行全员岗前培训,重视医学继续教育,建立绩效考核制度和公平激励的薪酬制度。
In this article,the management practice of employment personnel in military hospital under the new situation was discussed systematically. The content mainly include establishing management committee of employment personnel and human resources department,creating jobs according to the need,expanding the recruitment channels,standardizing the hiring process,focus on the training and development,carrying out the pre- service training for everyone,paying attention to the continuing medical education,and establishing a performance evaluation system and a fair salary system.
