摘要
分析了中国电力公司的财务管理现状,提出了普遍存在的问题,阐述了财务集中式管理模式构建的方法,为提高财务管理质量提供参考。
This paper analyzes the status of financial management in electric power enterprises in China, puts forward common management problems, then describes the method of financial centralized management model to provide the reference in improving the quality of financial management.
