摘要
昱光电厂一次风机采用上海鼓风机厂单吸离心式风机,采用液力耦合器变速调节。当机组负荷变化时,适应负荷调节能力较差、调节速度慢、风量变化滞后、出现勺管连杆卡涩、断裂、漏油等问题,风机运行效率低、运行经济性差。故对其进行高压变频调速节能改造,提高风机调节速率及可靠性,同时降低能耗,达到节能减排的效果,大幅提高企业经济效益。
The single suction centrifugal fan by Shanghai Blower Factory is adopted in primary air fan of Yuguang powerplant, and the output power is adjusted by fluid coupling. When the unit load changes, the adjustment of load adaptability is poor, the adjustment speed is slow, the change of air volume lags, scoop connecting rod clamps, the chain breaks, the oil leaks and so on. And the operation efficiency of fan is low, the operation economy is poor. Thus the energy saving transformation is conducted to high voltage frequency conversion speed regulation, which improves the fan adjustment rate and reliability, reduces energy consumption, achieves the effect of energy saving and emission reduction,and greatly improves the economic efficiency of enterprises.
