240单缸柴油机燃用4号燃料油的研究

Analysis of 240 Single Cylinder Diesel Engine Fueled With No.4 Fuel Oil

在240型单缸柴油机上进行了0号轻柴油和4号燃料油的不同喷油器的对比试验:通过对两种燃料示功图曲线以及放热率曲线的分析,对比研究了轻柴油和4号燃料油的缸内燃烧情况;改变喷油器喷孔参数,比较了不同喷油器参数对燃油喷射雾化以及缸内燃烧的影响;最后进行了不同进机粘度的4号燃料油性能试验;240系列多缸机若要燃用4号燃料油时只需改变喷油器规格。

In the 240 single cylinder diesel engine,the contrast tests are done in different injectors with No. 0 diesel and No. 4 fuel oil. The paper analyzes the power curve and heat release rate curve of the two kinds of fuels,did contrast researches on the in- cylinder combustion in No. 0diesel and No. 4 fuel oil and compare the effects of fuel injectors with different parameters on the fuel spray atomization and in- cylinder combustion. Finally,performance tests are done for No. 4 fuel oil at different viscosity. It is found that if 240 diesel engines are fueled with No. 4 fuel oil,it is only required to change the size of the fuel injector.
