当前和今后一个时期,农民回收工培训在就业和人力资源开发以至整个国家经济社会发展中都居于十分重要的战略地位。必须从促进科学发展的战略和全局高度认识和处理新生代农民回收工培训问题。主要介绍了农民回收工的就业情况,提出在对农民回收工培训时要加强针对性,指出培训过程中存在的一些问题,并提出了相关的对策措施,为切实做好农民回收工的培训工作提供借鉴。

At present and in the future, recycling workers＂ training is in a very important strategic position in employment and human resources development and the entire national economic and social development. The issue of the new generation of recyclers should be understood and treated from the strategy of scientific development and the overall situation. This paper introduced the recycling workers employment situation, put forward to strengthen the pertinence of training, and pointed out some problems existing in the training process.
