北京四季青医院不同年代阴道分娩率变化分析

Analysis of different vaginal births change in Beijing Sijiqing Hospital

目的分析北京四季青医院不同年代阴道分娩率的变化及影响阴道分娩率变化的因素，从而提高阴道分娩率。方法选择3个不同年代在北京四季青医院分娩孕妇的临床资料，分为三组，A组（1997年10月1日至2000年9月30日）2574例、B组（2004年10月1日至2007年9月30日）3862例和c组（2011年10月1日至2014年9月30日）5947例，对三组孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析，分析其阴道分娩率的变化。结果不同年代、不同因素中阴道分娩率不同，随着社会的发展、国家政策的变化，该院阴道分娩率呈现先降后升趋势，A组、B组、C组阴道分娩率分别为83．45％、54．27％、66．94％，但C组阴道分娩率仍较A组低，三组阴道分娩率差异有统计学意义（x2=6．448，P〈0．05）。结论为保障孕产妇及新生儿的身心健康，应通过加强健康教育及产前保健，提高助产技术及改善分娩条件等方法来提升阴道分娩率。

Objective Selected three different birth years of cases in Beijing Sijiqing Hospital,to analyze the rate of vaginal delivery and the change of vaginal delivery rate in different factors with the changing time, put forward in a new era measures to increase the rate of vaginal delivery. Methods Chose three different time （1997.10.1 - 2000.9.10） ,（2004.10.1 - 2007.9.30） and （2011. 10. 1 - 2014.9.30） in Beijing Sijiqing Hospital obstetric patients hospitalized term delivery into groups A, B and C. The three groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed to study the change of the vaginal delivery rate. Results In different age, different factors in the vaginal births, with the development of the society, the change of national policy, the hospital vaginal births to fall after A rise trend, group A and group B,group C vaginal births were 83.45% ,54.27% and 83.45% respectively,but still vaginal births in group C was lower than that of group A. There was significant difference in the rate of vaginal delivery among the three groups （x2 = 6. 448, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion As protect the majority of maternal health, increase the vaginal delivery rate by strengthening health education to improve midwifery skills, improve environmental conditions and other delivery methods.
