从泸溪县国有林场发展现状出发,分析了泸溪县国有林场管理工作中存在的问题,提出了科学合理的管理机制,加大基础设施建设投入,完善社会保障体系,多渠道解决债务等对策。
Based on the current situation of the development of state-owned forest farm in Luxi County, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of the state-owned forest farms in Luxi County. Meanwhile, we put forward the scientifi c and reasonable management mechanism, increasing the investment in infrastructure construction, improving the social security system and solving the debt and other countermeasures.
